Information about Clerk's Performance Management Subcommittee

This sub-committee consists of the chair of the council, the chair of the employment policy committee and one other councillor.  It reports to the employment policy committee. The sub-committee is responsible for undertaking the annual performance appraisal of the town clerk and any other matters concerning the town clerk which may be delegated to it for consideration by the employment policy committee.

 

Meetings are held as required.  Members of the public are welcome to observe meetings of the sub-committee unless confidential items or matters relating to grievances or discipline are under discussion when members of the public and non-committee members will be excluded. The nature of this committee’s business means that business will often be deemed confidential.

 

Committee meetings start at 7.30 pm and the location of the meetings may vary, please check the council meeting calendar for each meeting.
