From 24 May 2022 the Community Events Sub-committee will hold meetings as required.

The Community Events Sub-committee is responsible for designing, delivering and overseeing specific community events from the Town Council’s agreed Community Event programme which are delegated to it by the Community Committee within the terms specified by the Community Committee.

All committee meetings are open to the public (who may observe proceedings and make spoken representations on matters on the agenda during the short public speaking session). We welcome attendance and communication from residents. Meetings will usually commence at 7.30 pm. Currently you will be able to join remotely and can contact us for the link.
